Why You Should Keep Your Head Above The Pandemic Craziness

Hello,Dia mi!

How are you doing? I trust that you have been staying mentally positive in this pandemic. We all know its a stressful period, especially for youths.

The world changed as we knew it. We could not go out again, hug or visit our loved ones. To make matters worse, some people have even lost their jobs. For most of us,we are unable to get enough free time because of an everlasting list of chores.

So I decided to come up with five ways on how to maintain your sanity. Let's go!

DON'T PUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE ON YOURSELF!!! :
I understand that there has been some sort of productivity contest on social media. You have been feeling the pressure to achieve many things and it's been overwhelming.

Now,calm down!. I'm here to tell you that its okay to relax at times. Do it at your own pace. If you only manage to read two books, you have been staying productive. What matters most is maintaining your mental health,Dia mi❤.

REJUVENATE YOURSELF:
What do I mean?. Treat yourself like a baby boy or girl! Experiment with different types of meals. Sleep for 8 hours😂. "Don't dull yourself" as a popular slang says. Don't deprive yourself of the things that matter over temporary things. In all, find positivity in this lockdown period.

LOVE UP :
What better way to spend time than with your loved ones? Use this opportunity to know your family members better. Reach out to them virtually,if they're far away from you. Develop your relationships with friends. Take time out to appreciate the people you love. Also remember to continue doing this after the lockdown goes away.

RUN INTO GOD'S LOVING ARMS :
There's no doubt that our world needs God! This is the time to cast all your worries on him because He's got you. He knows this is a trying time,so His arms are always open. You think your plans have been destroyed? Think again. He has greater ones in store. Never forget that He loves you.

BE YOUR BEST FRIEND :
This is the perfect time to concentrate on yourself. Allow only positive vibes and explore your interests. Reflect on the current state of things. Reach out to people when you're overwhelmed. Accept you and love your flaws. This is the best recipe for self love,Dia mi!.

I hope that you come out of this situation with extraordinary mental strength. This too shall pass❤. Once again, stay positive and healthy.

With love,
Peperempe.

Why You Should Drop That Fiction Book...For Now

Hello, Dia mi😁! How are you doing today? I hope you've been having a lovely week so far. As for me, I have had a lovely week of reading and online classes and it wasn't exactly bearable. Luckily for us, it's the weekend💃💃! I'm happy I was able to help you with tips to help you overcome failure in our last conversation. On the bright side, we'll be talking about books and how special they are. Books are treasures given to us for literally nothing and when we treat them that way, they change our lives forever. The kind of books I'm talking about is not this type but for reference purposes, this is also a book😂. I'm going to guess you read a fictional book recently. Even if my guess is wrong and you're reading one right now, can you drop it for a moment?  Before a moment gets long, I want you to know that I understand how boring self-help might be, especially if you're new to it. Most of them don't have that thrill, suspense and comedy your favo...

The New Sounds Of Nigerian Music

Hello,Dia mi! I trust that you have been doing well. It's a new month and a new chance for many of us to crush those amazing goals, right? What have you been up to? As for me,I have been listening to a whole lot of songs. My playlist is full of new sounds that I'm absolutely loving. I decided to share them with you😁. The corona virus pandemic has forced all of us to stay at home more than we would love to. Fortunately, this has helped many artists to hone their craft. Nowadays, songs are more about the lyrics than the beat.(Shaking a table😂) To be very honest, most Nigerian songs are about the beat. We love to listen to the beat because it lifts our mood and keeps us motivated. We had less time on our hands which made it easy to ignore lyrics. With more time on our hands,we can now listen to song lyrics patiently and with meaning. We prefer slower tunes with deep interpretations. Suddenly,a lockdown music revolution became the next big thing. In few months,we have moved from ear-...

Love Is Not Enough

Hello,Dia mi! I trust that you are having a lovely day. I also hope that you have been spreading love and kindness everywhere. It is a blessing to put a smile on someone's face❤. I'm going to talk about important factors that make or mar relationships, whether romantic or not.All our life,we've always heard how one day,we'll fall in love and have a happy ever after with that special person. You've been lied to terribly. It never works this way. I guess this was passed around to shield us from the shocking reality. The shocking reality is that love is never ever enough!. Sounds unbelievable, right? I understand you, trust me. Have you ever wondered what holds the strong relationships we see around?. Dia mi,a lot of things come in other than love. Here's why some relationships last longer than others do. Commitment: This can never be underrated,or is it overrated? What I'm saying is you have to make up your mind to give time to your relationships. You have to con...
